Emergency Management
Focuses on preparing organisations for emergencies across the phases: prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. This training includes how to develop effective, user friendly emergency management plans and how to conduct valuable emergency exercises.
Incident Management
This training teaches Incident Management Teams how to effectively respond to and recover from incidents of any scale, size, type and complexity (from local L1 to crisis/disaster L3) by applying key incident management principles (AIIMS, CIMS and NIMS). Our training packages include contextualised modules that teach participants the local context and organisation specific incident management arrangements.
Crisis Management
This training prepares participants to respond to complex, volatile and high consequence events that require multi-agency coordination. It includes crisis appreciation, decision making under pressure, strategic planning, coordination and communication, and demonstrating leadership during times of crisis.
Business Continuity
this training teaches participants how to respond to disruptive events and how to effectively mitigate the impacts and risks. Elements include disruption assessment, notification and escalation, investigation, deployment of workarounds, recovery and restoration.

Emergency Centre Operations
This training covers how to effectively set up and manage this critical resource for an effective response. It involves learning how to operate within an EOC, including information management, use of technology, communication, and resource allocation. This training prepares individuals to support emergency response efforts and contribute to a coordinated and efficient response.
