Jason

Crisis, Emergency & Incident Management


Jason has 30 years of experience across Defence, paramilitary, government and commercial sectors leading crisis, emergency and disaster response operations, supported by extensive qualifications, national standards development, recognised service awards, and volunteer maritime rescue service.

He delivers incident management training and exercises, mentors Incident Management Teams and executives, leads complex coordination and recovery operations, develops capability frameworks and standards, and drives innovation including virtual coordination centres.

Personal strengths:
Calm and decisive under pressure, with strong leadership, complex problem-solving ability, and a proven talent for building, mentoring and sustaining high-performance teams.

Lisa

Technical Director - Risk, Business Continuity & Emergency Management


Over 20 years’ international experience designing and delivering resilience, emergency management, business continuity and risk programs across government, defence, commercial and NGO sectors, including operational deployments in austere and high-threat environments and co-founding Phoenix Resilience in Australia.

Leads the development of preparedness strategies, plans, exercises and virtual coordination centre capabilities, deploys into live incidents to support response and recovery, conducts lessons management and continuous improvement, and facilitates multi-agency stakeholder engagement.

Thrives in complex and uncertain environments, combining strategic thinking, change leadership, stakeholder engagement and practical project delivery to simplify resilience programs and drive effective outcomes.

Willow

Emergency Management


Willow studied Disaster and Emergency Management at university in the UK giving her a broad and rounded perspective of emergency management across a range of scenarios, from natural hazards to business continuity, cyber security and public safety.

Working for the National Health Service, Willow was involved in the recovery of Covid-19. As well as preparing for many large events across London, including the Coronation of King Charles, London Marathon and Notting Hill Carnival, ensuring the necessary arrangements were in place to maintain patient care throughout the events.

Since working with Phoenix Resilience Willow has been involved in exercise management, disaster preparedness training and lessons management.

Digital Content & Business Administration


Christiaan delivers digital content, marketing, stakeholder engagement, research, and administrative coordination to strengthen client communication, training delivery, and business operations within the emergency management and resilience sector.
